Matthew Staudt, the President and Chief Operating Officer of Venture Development Center, LLC, is a noted visionary associated with the development and growth of several organizations and the support of numerous global brands. Mr. Staudt has a unique knowledge and perspective associated with a 28-year career as an entrepreneur and C-level executive working with many FORTUNE 1000 companies in support of data monetization, custom data sourcing, lead development, marketing, customer relationship management (CRM) and a large number of IT / IS innovations. Over that same period, Mr. Staudt has developed extensive knowledge and expertise in the areas of strategy development, operations, client management, data innovations, direct and indirect channel initiatives, operations, sales and workflow analysis.
The cornerstone of his achievements was the incubation, development, evolution, and sale of a fully-integrated marketing communications firm, Interactive Marketing Group, Inc. (IMG), based in Allendale, New Jersey. Mr. Staudt’s vision and leadership during his 23-year tenure with IMG, established it as leading edge one-stop omni-channel service provider, offering custom application development, complete web and e-commerce services, internet and email marketing initiatives, database development, data management, printing, mailing services, list brokerage, list management, telemarketing, and complete creative services in traditional and new media. Notable and global brands supported by IMG as long term clients during this period included ADP, Avaya, AT&T, Blue Cross Blue Shield, ConnectiCare, D&B, Franklin Covey, Godiva, Hertz, IBM, Konica, Lucent, Minolta, Orkin, Panasonic, Ricoh, Sharp Electronics, Sony Electronics, T-Mobile, Toshiba and W.L. Gore.
At VDC, Mr. Staudt is responsible for and supports the operations of the company, managing key client engagements and orchestrating the project activity and overall growth of the organization. He drives development on both project and performance based engagements focused on data monetization and custom data sourcing and oversees the activities associated with the over 150 data sources the company is engaged with – many having unique data assets under exclusive agreement with VDC.
Throughout his career, Mr. Staudt has developed, coordinated and executed strategic B2B, B2B2C and B2C data innovation initiatives and integrated marketing programs for an impressive roster of companies across many industries.
Mr. Staudt earned a BBA in Marketing and Management from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
