Gore,

Beyond the expansion of services offered IMG, the growth of the company was aided by acquisitions orchestrated by Mr. Staudt.

In July 1999, Staudt purchased a NJ based advertising agency to expand the company’s creative capability. The purchase of a 20-person telemarketing firm followed in August 2001, allowing IMG to expand its inbound and outbound calling capabilities to a team of 30.

Having capitalized on the internet and custom development as a core component of the IMG offerings, in 2001 Staudt expanded IMG’s web and internet development capabilities by architecting and launching a Web 2.0 SaaS based enterprise dubbed “MarketBlox”. The strategy behind this initiative was to capitalize on the deep knowledge Mr. Staudt had developed in support of numerous assets that had been built by IMG to automate and expedite many client needs. Each facet of the offering was developed a component or “element” and placed beneath a single user-interface that would deploy all services via the internet. Development was self-funded, began in early 2002 and was designed to support both regular and double-byte character sets.

With the successful launch of MarketBlox, in early 2004 Mr. Staudt began looking for increased web-development talent and for outside funding to continue the build out of the platform. Additional “elements” were conceived so that the final platform might contain 10 specific applications housed under this single hierarchical user interface. In March 2006, Staudt merged IMG with EBS Worldwide of Mumbai, India to form a global marketing resource. At the time of the transaction, IMG had 110 employees and operating revenues of $15 million.

In May 2008, Mr. Staudt departed IMG/EBS Worldwide starting a consulting firm, Equilibrium Marketing Strategies and Solutions, LLC (Equilibrium). Equilibrium was established to offer key accounts “time share based” C-Level operations, marketing and sales services. Accounts supported included Chamber Insurance Trust, ConnectiCare, NAPL (National Association of Printers), Panasonic, Proponent Federal Credit Union, Sony and Venture Development Center, Inc. (VDC).

In December 2012 Mr. Staudt turned his full attention to VDC assuming the newly created role of President and COO.
